General FAQs

1. What is included in my Soccer Shots registration?
Your registration includes a season of Soccer Shots sessions led by trained coaches. An official Soccer Shots jersey is provided once per year with an active annual membership.

2. How long is each session?
Session lengths vary by age group:

• Mini (2-3 years): 30 minutes
• Classic (4-6 years): 45 minutes
• Premier (6-10 years): 55 minutes

3. What should my child wear to each session?
We recommend comfortable athletic wear, a Soccer Shots jersey (if available), and athletic shoes. Cleats and shin guards are not required but are welcome at the family's discretion.

4. What if my class is full?
Join our waitlist for an opportunity to gain enrollment in a new class. If the school or park permits, we will open an additional class to accommodate more children.

6. How do I sign up for a Soccer Shots season?
You can register directly through our website. If you have trouble signing up, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

7. How does the installment plan work?
Our installment plan allows you to pay in smaller amounts over time. Payments are automatically processed based on the agreed schedule.

8. What happens if my payment doesn’t go through?
If a payment is declined, we will notify you and request an updated payment method. A failed payment may result in delayed participation.

10. Can I enroll my child if they are younger or older than the listed age group?
Yes, we have some flexibility depending on the child’s readiness. Please contact us to discuss placement options.

11. What happens in case of bad weather?
We notify families via email or text about weather-related cancellations.

12. Can I switch to a different session after enrolling?
Yes, transfers are subject to availability. Please contact us if you need to switch to a different day or location.
